When You use Our PDF and screenshot generation Service, We may temporarily process the following data:

  • URLs that You submit for rendering
  • Content of web pages that are rendered (temporarily stored in memory during processing)
  • Generated PDF and screenshot files (temporarily stored on Our servers and Amazon S3 for a limited period)
  • API usage statistics and metadata (number of requests, file sizes, processing times)

Important: We do not permanently store or analyze the content of URLs You submit or the web pages We render. Generated files are stored temporarily on Amazon S3 with public URLs and are subject to automatic deletion after a retention period. We do not access, view, or use the content of Your generated files for any purpose other than providing the Service to You.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
  • To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service.

Retention of Generated Files: PDF and screenshot files generated through Our Service are stored on Amazon S3. These files are accessible via public URLs and may be retained for a reasonable period to allow You to download them. We reserve the right to automatically delete generated files after this retention period. You are responsible for downloading and storing Your generated files if You need them for longer periods.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

We implement the following security measures:

  • API authentication using secure API keys
  • HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
  • Rate limiting to prevent abuse
  • Secure storage on AWS infrastructure

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping Your API keys secure. Do not share Your API keys publicly or commit them to public code repositories. If You believe Your API key has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

Third-Party Content

Our Service renders web pages from URLs that You provide. When rendering these pages, We may temporarily load and process third-party content, including images, scripts, stylesheets, and other resources from external websites. We do not control the content of these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

By submitting a URL to Our Service, You represent that You have the right to access and render that content, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
