This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use our products in connection with your Shopify-supported store.
Personal Information The App Collects
Upon installing the App, we automatically gain access to specific types of information from your Shopify account via Shopify APIs, adhering to the Shopify APIs License and Terms of Use. Additionally, we may collect Personal Data about you when you voluntarily provide such information. The collected information may fall into the following categories and sources:
Your store’s personal data: name, email address, phone number, physical address.
Customers’ data: email address, phone number.
Information we receive when providing technical or customer support for you.
This information is required to deliver specific services. If you choose not to provide the requested information, kindly consider uninstalling our app from your Shopify Stores.
Use of Information
The App uses your given information to:
- Provide our products and services for you;
- Send information about transactions and discussions between The App and you;
- Prevent deleting activities relevant to your account and impersonation;
- Contact to resolve your requirements on special occasions;
- Limit the use of personal information to confirmed purposes and contacts relevant to transactions with The App;
- Provide the information under the legal requirements from judicial agencies including Procuracy, Courts, Police Authorities relevant to your potential legal violations. Except for these situations, no one has the right to infringe on your personal information.
Information Storage and Retention
Your personal data will be stored on the server of The App until you send a cancellation request or login to your account and cancel the information storage.
Control of Personal Data
You are entitled to check, update, change, or delete your personal information by logging into your account or requesting The App to do so.
You also have the right to submit complaints about the disclosure of personal information to third parties to the Administration Board of The App.
Upon receipt of your feedback, The App must re-confirm the information, explain the potential reasons, and instruct you to recover and secure your information.
